Secluded and beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle. The ambience is cosy and tranquil with the sound of the waves. Room is big, and well-maintained although quite old.

Lacks of staffs, during the check in there was no one at the lobby. We had to wait about 10 minutes until someone approached us. The beach area was very dirty maybe now is the monsoon season. It will be splendid if no trash on the seashore.

During our stay from the 27th to the 29th of December, we encountered a significant safety issue at the property. The tap water temperature in our room's washroom was alarmingly high, leading to a distressing incident where my wife's skin around her wrist came into contact with the scalding water, resulting in a slight blister. Upon reviewing our experience, we are compelled to ask: Does Booking.com verify and ensure that the hotels listed on its platform comply with necessary safety protocols? The environment is perfect for a getaway break.

Seems like lack of activity or staff. Going around seems no one is there to assist. Although it is monsoon, it will be good to get some activities running around.

The location was serene, the sea waves were rough but the most enjoyable at the times

Every aspect of the resort was great but the only thing that killed the mood was the long walks you had to take wherever you want to go within the resort. It has become a necessity for them to provide a buggy.

Very exclusive and calming place with various activities. My family enjoyed the kampung style tea time & do activities like batik chanting. The breakfast has lots of choices and taste delicious.

Would be good if there’s ramp for wheelchair, a bit difficult to take my mom especially to the room and restaurant

Breakfast was very good, mix of a la carte and buffet. The room was spacious and had a great sea view, Staff was excellent and helpfull. the atmosphere of the whole resort is colonial and relaxed. The Spa was excellent!

Renovation works , looks a bit messy at some places.

Very lush green property with comfy rooms and friendly staffs, lots of places to roam and explore within the property.

Very limited menu in both the restaurants, zero to limited vegan/vegetarian options. The staffs did their best to cook for our dietary requirements but still be prepared for it and don’t expect too much from them.

The food doesnt really represent the local Terengganu food. It will be good for the hotel to promote that.

everything. i had to leave 2 day earlier because of family emergency. I thought the last night paid would just go down the drain but to my surprise upon checkout they told me i could always come back for the remaining 1 night stay!

my room was 1401, maybe the hotel could build a proper walkway to the beach. its such a shame because the beach is just in front if the room but we had to walk a certain distance because no proper path to the beach. also maybe can improve on your breakfast choice of foods. pretty boring

The Hotel is clean and nice, the staff is very friendly..overall very nice.

The hot water was not hot enough

1. Breakfast You do not have to spend alot of time to find Terengganu's best food as they are serving it during breakfast. Nasi Dagang is authentic, wrapped in banana leaves and served with tuna fish and curry. "Laksam"; another signature Terengganu were splendid. 2. Staffs From the bellboys to the receptionist, we feel welcomed and well taken care off. They are friendly and accommodative. I salute their professionalism while maintaining excellent services. Thank you Kimi. 3. Activities When we arrived, we actually quite nervous because the hotel situated 1hour drive from Kuala Terengganu and around 15mins from nearest city, Dungun. But, to my surprise, they are full of activities. On our second day, we spent an hour for batik painting, the cost is RM 75per painting. Then we enjoyed 80mins spa session at their spa village. Honestly, as frequent spa visitors, their massage and flower bath are splendid. Thank you.

I just think that they could have put some more dimmed lights from the parking towards the room. It can be very dark at night and you have to watch your steps as there are few stairs heading to the rooms.
